Open Look up a CoffeeIDand type the coffee's ID number, or search by name. On a phone with NFC, you can also tap a CoffeeID tag to open the coffee instantly.

Every coffee in the registry has a permanent, global CoffeeID. Entering that ID — or tapping its tag — opens the coffee's full story: origin, producer, process, roast, tasting notes and more. IDs never change, so a tag printed today still works years from now.

On a supported phone, hold it near a CoffeeID tag and the coffee opens automatically. You can also write a coffee's link to a blank NFC tag from that coffee's page. If your phone doesn't support NFC, you can always type the ID to get the same result.

Use Create a CoffeeID. To save time, you can take a photo of the bag label and we'll read it to pre-fill the details for you. Coffees you register can be edited any time from their page.

Tap sign in and choose Google or Apple. Authentication is handled by that provider, so we never see your password. We only receive your email, display name and profile picture to operate your account.

Premium is billed securely through Stripe. You can manage, change or cancel your subscription at any time from your account on information.coffee. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Premium until the end of the current period.

Please email us with the CoffeeID (the number on the page) and a short description. We review reports about inaccurate, duplicate or inappropriate records and act on them quickly.
